Overview
eApps Viewer let you to query Oracle e-Business Suite request details and open the output & log files by using an usefull interface.
Login:
With eApps Viewer, you have two options to login, these are; login with Oracle Application User or login with Apps Schema Password.
If GWYUID is provided for the Database you can login with apps user otherwise you can only login with apps schema password. If security id enabled in your Oracle Application instance, you need to provide server id to Login with apps user.

Database Properties:
Datase Properties form let you to define your Oracle e-Business databases.

- DB URL: JDBC URL

- FNDNAM: Apps Schema Name
- You need GWYUID to login with eApps user
- If you use securty, you need to login with eApps User. You can select from FND_NODES table.
- FTP Server IP to get OUTPUT and LOG files
- FTP user to get OUTPUT and LOG files
- FTP password to get OUTPUT and LOG files
- OS Shell to open downloaded files
Tip: You can get most of information from "About Oracle Applications" form "Database Server " section
eApps Viewer Main Form:
By using the eApps Viewer main form you can query Oracle e-Business Suite request details and open their output & log files for any Oracle e-Business Suite user.

Begin - End request Id: Determinate the begin and end request id

Concurrent Program Name: Select concurent program or request set name, field automatically complete the name when focus lost also you can use % to use LIKE condition

Username: If you login with Application user which has System Administrator, Application Developer, Workflow Administrator or Alert Manager responsibility or Apps Schema password, you can select username otherwise your username will be displayed. Field automatically complete the username when focus lost also you can use % to use LIKE condition

Concurrent Program Name Language: Select the concurrent program name language

Request Phase: Select the request phase, for all phases select PHASE

Request Status: Select the request status, for all status select STATUS

Fetch Record Limit: Determine maximum row number

Search Buttun: Do search

Show Output: Open the selected request output file, if FTP and shell info are not provided, this button will be disabled

Show Log: Open the selected request log file, if FTP and shell info are not provided, this button will be disabled

Column Headers: Double clicking the column header to sort request list

Data: Request list

Cell Detail: Double clicking the cell to open the cell detail dialog

Status Bar: Shows connected database, selected row count and fetch time

Tip: Text output and log files stored with .log extension and If you use "explorer" as open shell, explorer will open these files with Notepad. If you want to use WordPad to open these files, Change the LOGs' open with program as WordPad by using Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types form
